Clear and Honest Marketing
We strive to provide students with accurate, complete, and timely information across all channels—including our website, social media, brochures, and communications with education agents. This includes:
- Program admission requirements and delivery formats
- Tuition and mandatory fees
- Cost of living estimates in British Columbia
- Housing availability and assistance
- PGWP eligibility (see details below)
- Career pathways and employment support services
We ensure that no misleading or exaggerated claims are made regarding immigration pathways or job outcomes.
Ethical Use of Education Agents
We work only with vetted and contracted education agents who follow ethical recruitment standards. Our practices include:
- Written agreements outlining responsibilities
- Training and regular monitoring of agents
- Requirement that agents provide truthful, current, and complete information
- Prompt corrective action when concerns are raised about agent behavior

Post-Graduation Support
We help international students prepare for life after graduation through:
- Career workshops and résumé support
- Job search coaching and employer referrals
- Immigration information provided by regulated immigration professionals only
- Links to B.C. and Canadian government support programs
Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)
The PGWP temporarily allows international students who graduate from eligible Canadian post-secondary institutions to work in Canada.
- Eligibility: Students graduating from programs of at least 8 months at public institutions or degree programs at certain private institutions may qualify.
- Important Information: Graduates of private training institutions in BC are generally ineligible for the PGWP.
Please note that Create Career College programs are currently not eligible for the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) Program.
