• Room Configurations: Private or shared rooms in houses or apartments with fellow students or locals.
• Flexible Options: Rents vary based on the type and location of accommodation, with many choices within walking distance or a short commute from CCC.

Accommodation Costs and Availability

Housing Costs:

• Homestay: Typically ranges from CAD $1,000 to $1,500 per month, including meals and utilities.
• Shared Housing/Apartment: Rent in shared accommodation generally starts around CAD $800 per month per person. Private rooms in apartments may cost upwards of CAD $2,000 per month, depending on the location.
