Comprehensive CLB Skills Training

Our Business Communication program is designed to empower students with effective English communication skills. Tailored for students aiming to achieve Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 5 or above*.  This comprehensive course focuses on improving English language proficiency in all 4 aspects: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 

Through interactive lectures, hands-on activities, and real-world scenarios, students will develop the linguistic finesse and confidence necessary to excel in academic and professional settings. 

Upon completing the Business Communication program, students will have developed strong English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing and built a strong foundation for their future careers.
*CELPIP and IELTS tests are both approved and accepted by the IRCC. Final test scores will be compared to the CLB.

Our Business Communication program offers flexible delivery options: online, in-person, and hybrid. This is a 9-months program, students are required to take IELTS test every 3-months. It is optional for students to finish the course earlier if they get overall CLB level 5 or same level on authorized English Test, such as IELTS or CELPIP.

Online students can access virtual lectures at their convenience and connect with instructors for support. In-person classes provide direct interaction, while the hybrid option blends both approaches. Whichever option you choose, our program ensures high-quality education and improvement of skills.

Listening:

This course is meticulously tailored to nurture students' receptive skills, emphasizing the comprehension of multifaceted spoken English. Through an array of meticulously curated audio materials and simulated real-world scenarios, our program cultivates the ability to discern intricate details, nuances, and contextual cues, enabling students to excel in listening section and achieve distinguished scores.

Reading:

Reading module is intricately designed to cultivate a sophisticated grasp of written English. By exposing students to a diverse selection of refined literary samples, academic compositions, and scholarly materials, our program enhances students' analytical skills, vocabulary proficiency, and critical interpretation, thereby ensuring their proficiency in swiftly comprehending complex texts and achieving outstanding scores in IELTS reading section

Writing:

This writing module represents a holistic method for enhancing students' English composition skills. Through an immersive curriculum that integrates various writing techniques, methodical analysis, and rigorous language proficiency exercises, our program fosters the capacity to produce articulate and logically structured compositions.

Speaking:

It is intricately designed to nurture students' eloquence and fluency in spoken English. By integrating dynamic role-playing exercises, interactive discussion sessions, and personalized speech assessments, our program refines students' linguistic agility, conversational finesse, and assured expression. This cultivates their ability to execute in  IELTS speaking component, enabling them to attain commendable proficiency levels and communicate effectively with confidence.

Combination of Instructor-led lectures, guest speakers, case studies, presentations, online reading and exams. Online delivery will utilize Canvas (Learning Management System) to host lectures, assign homework, start discussions and monitor attendance.

  1. Describing the online and digital marketing environment and opportunities for various organizations
  2. Developing a solid digital marketing strategic plan for organizations from start-ups to complex businesses based on case studies
  3. Utilizing online marketing platforms such as Meta Ad campaigns, Google Analytics, WordPress, Hubspot, etc.
  4. Applying digital marketing approaches to marketing plans, such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Maximization (SEM), and Pay Per Click (PPC)
  5. Analyzing garnered data, and applying insights to upcoming marketing plans
  6. Conducting thorough market research for products and services using online platforms
  7. Creating a suitable social media marketing plan and content based on market research
  8. Identifying and developing online ads using bidding strategies based on business goals and the target market

All-Program-Tuition-Fees

  1. Student must be a high school graduate or equivalent or above;
  2. Student must be at the age of 19 years old or over on the first day of class;
  3. To enter our Diploma programs, applicants must meet 1 of the following English proficiency requirements;
    1. Successful completion of the Create Career College’s English as a Second Language (ESL) program, a prerequisite to vocational and academic programs in Create Career College, or
    2. Obtaining a minimum score of 80 on TOEFL iBT, or a minimum overall band score of 6.0 on the IELTS academic module, or
    3. Successful completion of Grade 12 from a Canadian High School or equivalent, or
    4. A score of at least 60% on the Create Career College English Placement Test.

Student needs to have completed Grade 12, or be over 19 years old. You may need to pass an English assessment test, depending on your official English scores. For individual program requirements, please see the program listings.
